Appearance – Pours a cloudy copper color with a big white head that left some lacing on the glass.
Smell – Faint floral and pine hop smell. Slight citrus smell there too.
Taste – Very dry floral hop taste with a little bit of citrus in there. The hop taste lingers for a good while leaving the mouth very dry.
This is my first beer from Starr Hill Brewery since they arrived here in South Florida. The smell was quite faint and the taste just lingers around for quite awhile. It’s like a good 5 minutes before it is completely gone. It was an alright brew. I look forward to trying their other stuff but my not come back to the IPA
