Name – Weyerbacher Merry Monks’ Ale
Country – United States
Type – Tripel
Appearance – A straw gold color with really no head at all. Both bottles had a small head that was gone within a couple seconds.
Smell – Fruity malts of banana and cherries.
Taste – Taste of fruits and slightly spicy. Light in taste but it is quite strong in those tastes with a hint of the alcohol in it.
I haven’t had a Belgian style ale in quite awhile and was sort of smacked in the face at first because I forgot what they were like. Despite it’s light look and taste it is quite strong with a 9.3% ABV. A nice beer from northern Pennsylvania.
Overall Grade – C

So pretty much I would love this beer?
