    Sea Dog IPA

    Name – Sea Dog IPA
    Country – United States
    Type – India Pale Ale

Appearance – A medium to dark amber coloring. When poured into a chilled glass, produces an emmense amount of a thick white head.

Smell – A very favorable sweet aroma, not overwhelming but very pleasant.

Taste – The taste is amazing, one of the best IPA’s I have ever sampled. Reminds me of a beer I have sampled in the past, but I can not think of the name. I have sampled a few other Sea Dog beer’s, most of which have a fruity taste. I am very impressed with Sea Dog’s IPA they truly can make a great beer without fruit. The beer has an absolute perfect amount of carbonation, and is not too strong. No bad after taste, great for any occasion. I will be buying this beer in a greater amount for my own personal enjoyment.

    Overall Grade – A-

    Stone’s Arrogant Bastard Ale

Name – Stone Arrogant Bastard Ale
    Country – United States
    Type – American Strong Ale

Appearance – A beautiful deep red, almost brown, color with a tan head that laced the glass amazingly.

Smell – Strong hoppy smell with some sweet notes to it like grapefruit.

Taste – BIG HOPS! The hops mix well with nice malts that has a sweetness to it that goes very well and doesn’t cross over it the fruit side of things.

Stone has only been available in South Florida for about a month now and it seems to be taking beer lovers by storm. All the real beer stores carry it and even a local bar has this one on tap. The story on the back of the bottle is very enjoyable to read time after time. The flavors of strong hops and sweetness mix so extremely well for a smooth, great tasting beer. I must say that I think I am worthy to drink this one and believe it to be possibly my new favorite brew I have ever tasted. That is why this one gets a grade I have not given out yet.

    Overall Grade – A+
