Saranac Pale Ale

Name – Saranac (Classic English Pale Ale)
Country
– United States
Type – Pale Ale

Appearance – Mike help me out here? I believe very similar to Killian’s in color! (Mike’s Note: Come on Chris! You also forgot smell)

Taste – I do remember the taste of this Ale, but will not wait so long to post about a beer I am reviewing again. Immediately I noticed a sharp taste, almost tart in flavor. This Ale provided a decent amount of head when poured properly, not just dumped into a pint glass. Had the perfect amount of carbonation and was overall very pleasant. Saranac would be a respectable gaming beer also. As always if you too have sampled this fine Pale Ale let me know your comments and opinions.

Price – Very reasonable $1.45 per bottle.

Teacher Says – B+

I think Saranac makes some pretty good brews – Of the 3 I’ve tried so far, they have all been very good. Haven’t tried their Pale Ale yet, but I think I will soon! Nice review!

    Mike,

Thanks for the review of our Pale Ale! Glad you dug it. I know it’s been a while since you’ve reviewed any of our other beers, and wanted to see if you’ve had the opportunity to try our 12 Beers A Falling seasonal pack. If you like the Pale Ale, you’ll probably find some others in this pack especially interesting.

This fall, we’re also going to be putting together some opportunities exclusively for bloggers such as tours, virtual tastings, and exclusive content, so if you might like to be involved, please drop me an e-mail and we can discuss it more.

Thanks again for sharing Saranac with your readers!
