/> <strong>Type </strong>- American Red Ale</p><p><strong>Appearance </strong>- Poured a clear red color with a decent sized white head.</p><p><strong>Smell </strong>- A sweet smell of hops and citrus to it.</p><p><strong>Taste </strong>- Great mix of hops and malts here.  The hops come in a little up front but are finished of with a slightly sweet malt taste.  A little like caramel.</p><p>I have been having a knack for picking beers with a good mixture of malts and hops lately.  This one is probably the best out of those.  Very good mixture with a clean finish.  Great beer here.</p><p><strong>Overall Grade</strong> &#8211; A-</p> <a

/> <strong>Type </strong>- American Red Ale</p><p><strong>Appearance </strong>- A nice clear amber color with a slightly off white head.</p><p><strong>Smell </strong>- Not very extreme with the smells but a slight malty smell with a hint of the hops.</p><p><strong>Taste </strong>- Very nice mix of malts and hops.  Not over powering with either and had a very clean and crisp finish.</p><p>My experiences with brews from North Coast Brewery have been extremes.  They either have a big burst of flavor that is a little too much for me or not a whole lot.  I must say that this one was different.  While it didn&#8217;t burst with flavor it didn&#8217;t lack any either.  It was just right.  It&#8217;s not very hoppy at all so if hops isn&#8217;t your thing you may enjoy this one as it mixes them in well with malts.</p><p><strong>Overall Grade</strong> &#8211; B</p> <a

/> <strong>Type </strong>- American Brown Ale</p><p><strong>Appearance </strong>- Light brown color with little to no head.</p><p><strong>Smell </strong>- Very sweet and pleasant smell of maple syrup and brown sugar.</p><p><strong>Taste </strong>- A slight taste of maple syrup but over all and kind of empty taste that leaves you wanting more.</p><p>I was recommended on this by the owner of PP Cobb while we were at the Treasure Coast Beer Festival so I decided to take a stab at it.  The appearance and smell were really nice but when it came to taste it was seriously laking.  Even with two bottles I was just wondering why the taste was so minimal.  I was a little disappointed but may want to try it again sometime down the road.</p><p><strong>Overall Grade</strong> &#8211; C</p> <a
