Get Your Craft Beer On for Cinco de Mayo

Who said that Cinco de Mayo needs to be filled with piss colored beer in a clear glass bottle.  Well just the company that makes said beer, that’s who.  Well I go two South Florida events for the craft beer drinker to enjoy on Cinco tomorrow.

First is what is becoming a regular thing over at the Funky Buddha when they release limited brews on Thursday nights.  Every Thursday they put on tap something very limited they made or something they haven’t made in awhile.  And this Thursday they are doing the same except with two special beers!  Starting at 6 pm they will have the return of Nib Smuggler, their chocolate porter that many might remember from the Jupiter Craft Brewers Festival.  They will also be debuting a Mango Chili Pepper Wheat Ale.  So after you have your Mexican food for dinner you will want one of those.  Also this one is very rare and there is only one keg of it so it will be gone fast.

After you get to try both of those babies why don’t you head up north a few miles to Delray Beach and visit Coffee District where they will be having a Dogfish Head event that includes ultra rare kegs of the new Hellhound on My Ale and Black & Blue.  They will also have kegs of Palo Santo Marron, Midas Touch, 60 Minute IPA and 90 Minute IPA (which will be going through a Randell).

Yours truly will be hitting both of these up and in that order that I mentioned so say “hi” if you see me.  And if you aren’t out at either of those you are truly missing out.
