I think a far better regional brewer is Dark Horse. In fact, Michigan has several good brewers. Bell's and Dark Horse are certainly among the best. For instance, their KBS is way over hyped in my opinion. That's not saying that some of their stuff is not decent or even good. I just don't get the reputation they have.
