The great people at Dogfish Head have their own YouTube account and have a number of videos explaining the profile of their beers. Since I just recently had their Midas Touch brew I felt why not put it up here. So enjoy and go to DFH’s YouTube profile and check out the rest of their videos.

In all seriousness, that sounds rad. I didn’t know you wanted to open a bar. What would you call it?
I really want to open a bar some day the will have good food, good beer and be just a good place for people to relax and enjoy themselves. I haven’t thought of any names yet. I have brainstormed ideas of how I want it to look and the menu with a friend but never got into names. I would to make it come true within 10 years. I know that’s a long time but I think it could be managed.
