Name - Sierra Nevada ESB (Early Spring Beer)
Country - United States
Type - Extra Special Bitter
Appearance - Copper color almost red in appearance.  White head was small.
Smell - Pleasing smell was a bit hoppy with a slight citrus tint to it.

It was brought to my attention by my fellow beer lover Danno that I may not have poured the Hoegaarden properly to obtain the ultimate drinking experience with it. So I will at some point redo Hoegaarden and pour it the recommended way in order to see if my opinion changes.
